Learned counsel for the petitioner u,ould further submit that after the death of petitioner's grandfather, his father by name Kapa Ma-lla Redd,y had inherited the .same ald his father,s narne was mutated in a_11 the revenue records including the khasra pahani for the year 1954 55 and during his lifetime, the father of the petitioner has alienated the land to arr extent of Acs.3.39 guntas in favour of third parties ard converted the land to an extent of Ac.0.3B guntas into house plots and sold away the same to the third parties. Further, the lard to an extent of Ac.O.14 guntas was acquired for the purpose of laying the R & B Road. After the alienations, the father of the petitioner had retained the land to an extent of Ac.1.l5 guntas in Sy.No.9O8/A and after his father's death, he had inherited the same. Learned counsel for the petitioner would further submit that recently the narne of the petitioner's father r.r,as removed from Bhu 4 L\i\'. J \\ r )lr0,r- i0)i Bharati portal and the same was illegaljy ir clude,ci in the notional khata ol respondent No.4.
