Brief facts of the writ petition are that petitioner No.1 is authorized by his father i.e., petitioner No.2 submits that petitioner No.1 is a resident of Unit 1 1, 26 Clifton Street, Suburb, Biacktown, State: New South Wales 2148, Australia and has been residing there since 2006. A Look Out Notice/Look Out Circular has been issued and the same has been kept pending against the petitioner No.1 bearing Document bearing No.t?A8283038 in connection with charge sheet in C.C.No.770 of 2022 dated 23.08.2022 :under 2 Sections 42O, qga-A of IpC arld Sections 3 irr d 4 of D.p. Act pending on the hle of the learned Judicial First Cl;rss Magistrate at Bhongir based on the complaint given by the res ponclent No.5 u,ho is rvife of the petitioner No.1. on 1s.06.2022, )t:fore the s.H.o., Bhongir Women's police Station, Rachakonda romplaint clated Ol.O7 .2022 in D.V.C.No. 16 af 2022 under Sectic r: s I B, 19, 20, 21 and 22 of the Protection of Women from Domc,s rc Violence Act, 2005 rvhich is pending before the Additional Jr r icial First clerss Magistrate at Bhongir. petitioner No.2 has mad(.. representations on 79.O4.2O24. Ol .12.2024 and 1g.O3.2025 to Lommissioner of Police, Deputy Commissioner of police and to thc :iHO, pra_ving to withdraw the Look Out Notice which has been is,sued against his son i'e', petitioner No. 1 ' It is further submitted tir:, t pctitroner has immediately responded to the notice under Secti,r, 4r -A ol cr.p.c through their counsei. It is further submitted tha t petitioner No. 1 to traver Inclia but in view of the Look or-L Notice issuecl "vanted against him is causing hardship petitioner No.1 irlso submits that he would cooperate with the conduct of tle CourL proceedings or trial as and when his presence is required. 4. When the matter is taken up for hearing, thc retitioner No. 1 had filed an Affidavit and stated that a charge sh,:,,t has already been filed in C.C.No.77O of 2022 dated 23.O8.2O2..), r:nder Sccrions 42O, 498-A of II,C and Sections 3 and 4 of D. t,. A<.t u.hich is pending on the file of the rearned Judiciar First clas;s Magistrate at J Bhongir and would submit that his mother is a cancer patient and due to the said Look Out Circular in connection with charge sheet in C.C.No.77O of 2O22 dated 23.08.2022, he is unable to visit India and submits that he will cooperate with the Court proceedings for trial whenever his presence is required. Learned counsel lor the petitioners would further submit that the matter is pending before the trial Court and is listed on 23.70.2025; Along rvith the said affidavit filed copies of the one-way travel tickets i.e., lrom Sydney to Hyderabad and stated that petitioner No.1 is coming to Hyderabad on 22.10.2025. Learned counsel for the petitiones on instructions would further submit that petitioner No.1 would file an appropriate application before the concerned trial Court seeking permission to travel from Hyderabad to Sydney and thus requested to suspend the Look Out Circular uide Passport document bearing No.RA8283O38 in connection with C.C.No.77O of 2022 dated

23.08.2022 against the petitioner No.1 for a period ol four (04) weeks w.e.f. 22.10.2025 to 22.17.2025.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home and learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.4 have reported no objection in view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioners with regard to the suspension of Look Out Circular against the petitioner No. 1 for a period of four (O4) weeks.
