2. The instant Civil Revision Petition has been filed challenging the order dated 21.03.2025 passed in I.A.No.24 of 2025 in O,S.No.9 of L994. Vide impugned order 2L.03.2025, the learned XIV Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, allowed I.A.No.24 of 2025 permiuing the proposed defendants to be entered in the main suit as defendant Nos.92 and

93. The two persons sought impleadment were claiming themselves to be the legal heirs of the deceased defendant No.3, Md. Kazim Ali Khan. The petitioner herein is the nephew of deceased defendant No.3 and he is also defendant No.56 in the main suit.

3. According to the petitioner, newly added defendant No.93 is infact the adopted son of deceased defendant No.3. Such 2 adoption is otherwise is not permissible and therefore,'he should not have been permiued to be impleaded.

4. On a query being put to learned counsel for the petitioner as also to the respondents as to whether the status of defendant No.93 being adopted son and so far as the claim in the suit schedule properly have already been argued before the trial Court both while suit itself was finally heard and also while considering I.A.No.24 of 2025 i.e. implead petition.

5. In view of the submissions made by leamed counsel for the parties that the points have already been argued, this Court does not see any good reason at this juncture to interdict the impugned order. [f these points have already been raised and argued before the trial Court, I find no re.Non as to why the trial Court would not consider and decide this also while passing the final order is concerned.

6. [n view of the same, this Court is not inclined to entertain this revision petition.
