Hear.d Mr. Praveen Kumar Veerjala, learned counsel for petitioners, Ms. D.Har-itha Kiran, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue for respondent Nos' I to 4, and Mr. G.Sanjeev Recldy, learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.S. It is brought to the notice of this court by learned 3. Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue that earlier 2 JAK, W.P.No.S8 of 2O21 i W.P.No.18870 of 20 19 was filed by respondent No.5 herein and th:.s Court by order dated 24.09.2019 disposed of the said w:rit petition directing the respondent authorities to take action on the application of the petitioner (respondent No.5 h,:rein) and issue pattadar passbook and title deeds and also mutate her name (Kothwala Aruna) in the revenue records. It is also brought to the notice that a Contempt Case irL C.C.No.1597 of 2019 was filed for disobeying the orders passed in !V.P.No.1BB70 oi 2019 and pursuant to the dire:ctions in W.P.No.18870 of 20 19, the then Tahsildar mutaterl the name of respondent No.5 herein in respect of land admeasuring Acs.20.O0 guntas in Survey No.98/A/1 situatecl at Nallabelly Village, Sangem Mandal uide proceedings dated 16. 1 l.2O19.

Orr a perusal of the prayer in the present writ petition i.e., V/.1).No.58 of 2021, it is observed that representation dated 26.09 .2020 rvas made by petitioners not to register land to an extent of Acs.2O.00 guntas pertaining to Survey No.98/lrlL / 19 situateci at Nallabelly Village, Sangem I I : Is I I I --o 3 JAK, J W.P.No.S8 of 2021 I Mandal, warangal District. on instructions, it is submitted across the Bar that Tahsildar has already mutated the name of unofficial respondent in the revenue records pursuant to directions issued in w.P.No.18870 of 20L9 vide proceeding NO.B/ 188 L /20 19, dated 16, Tl.2O 19 and issued pattadar passbook to her vide Khata No.215.

5. The cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication in view of the subm.issions made. Counsel for petitioners requested that it may be left open for the petitioners to pursue remedies avaiiable as per law. Needless to state that it is always open for the petitioners to pursue the remedies available under law.
