ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 oI Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.') seeking quashment of the proceedtngs against the petitioners in FIR No.152 of 2024 dated 0'l .05.2024 on the file of Women Police Station, Uppal, Rachakonda Commissionerate.

The petitioners are arrayed as accused Nos.2 and 3 in FIR No.152 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A, 323 of IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that charge sheet was filed against the petitioners and numbered as C.C.No.1698 of 2024.
