1. This Criminal petition is filed by the pr: tioners/accused Nos.1 to 5 under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 see<.rg to quash the proceedings against them in Crime No.142 of 2C25 on the file of Thallada Police Station, Khammam District, rec stered for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 69 arr 31g(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita ,2023 (for short ,BNS').

2. lt is submitted by learned counsel app ,aring for the petitioners/accused Nos.r to 5 as weil as responde r t No.2rde facto complainant that during pendency of the present o iminar petition, the parties have compromised the matter and accor: ngly, l.A.Nos.3 and 4 of 2025 have been filed to record compromis: between them and to compound the offences. 3 The learned Assistant public prosecutor has or tosed the said compromise petitions. 4 Perused the affidavits filed by the de facto , omplainant in l.A.Nos.3 and 4 of 2025 which disclose that sh: has willingly I ) EfD, J Ctlp 8644_2025 consented for compromise. Since the parties were willing to enter into compromise, they were given a chance to settle the matter by appearing along with their respective counsel before the High Court Legal Services Committee for the State of Telangana vrUe orders dated 01 .08.2025 passed by this Court. The Secretary, High Court Legal Servrces Committee shall identify the parties and submit a report to that effect.

Pursuant to the above said direction issued by this Court, the parties along with their respective counsel have appeared before the High Court Legal Services Committee for the State of Telangana and the Secretary of the above said Authority identified the parties and submitted a report dated 07.08.2025 stating that the parties were identified and they have willfully and without any coercion entered into compromise as per the terms of compromise.

6. ln view of the above, l.A.Nos.3 and 4 of 2025 are allowed. Consequently, the Criminal Petition is allowed and the proceedings in Crime No.142 of 2025 on the file of Thallada Police Station, Khammam District, registered against the petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 5, are hereby quashed subject to the petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 5 paying an amount of Rs.5,0001 (Rupees Five Thousand Only) to r k r E; E & : i_ii: & ffiffi l.
