2.Havlngregardtothemannerofdisposalofthewritpetition a4d the nature of lis involved, this court is of the view that notice respondent Nos,4 to 7 is not necessary for ,IlJ to -unofircial ad.iUdication of the present Writ Petition ltH'q-i ' 3 I case of the petitioner, 1n brief, is that the 3'd authorities are interfering in the civil disputes existing petitioner and the unofficial respondents, which are 'of a suit uide O.S.No.B47 /2025 in relation to land re 0.15 guntas in survey No.196 and Acre O.17 ey No. 197, of Khajipally Village, JinnaramMaldal, District, and coercing the petitioner to settle the said r:t' our of the unofficial respondents, which action of the authorities it is contended as highly illega1, arbitrary 2 1 and in violation of Articles 14, 21 & 3004 of the Constitution of India.

Per contra, learned Government pleader for Flome appearing for official respondents while denying the writ averments would submit that th e 6th respondent herein had approached the respondents-authorities and lodged a complaint on 21.06.2025; that based on rhe aloresaid complaint lodged, the authorities have made a GD entrv and called the petitioner to the respondents_ police station for the purpase of preliminary enqui{/; and that the preliminary enquiry caused into the contents of the aJoresaid complaint revealed that there are civil disputes between the petitioner and r_he unofficial respondents in respect of the aforementioned property, the authorities have closec[ the aforesaid complaint as "civil in nature,, on 23.06.2025.

Learned Gr>vernment pleader further subrrLits that the respondents-authorities except causing preliminar5r enquiry into the compiaint lodged by the 6rh respondent, which rvas closed as tivil in nature" th ereafter, are not interfering in the civil disputes that may exist between the petitioner and tlee unofficiai 3 respondents or coercing the petitioner to settle the same in favour of the unofficial respondents, as claimed by the petitioner

The aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Pleader for Home is taken on record 7 - Having regard to the submissions made as above ald since, it is now stated to this Court that based on the complaint lodged by the 6tn respondent against.the petitioner on 21.06.2025, the respondents-authorities by causing preliminary enquiry having ciosed the said complaint on 23.06.202 5 as "civil in nature", this Court is of the view that the respondents-authorities are to be directed not to interfere in the civil disputes that may exist between the petitioner and the unofficial respondent No.6 herein, except in accordance with law. B. Subject to the above direction, the Writ Petition is also disposed of. No order as to costs.
