When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned \ counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have submitted a representation dated 28.12.2O2O to respondent No.4 seeking to include their names and issue fresh pahanies and .pattedar pass books in respect of the subject lands. But the same 2 is not considered till date. Therefore, he seeks to pass appropriate orders.

4. Learned Assistant Government pleader for Revenue contends that due to passage of time some of the representations are scattered. Therefore, he seeks to direct the petitioners to file a fresh representation before the concerned responclent and the sarne would be considered in due course of time.

5. Having regard to the submissions made by all the counsel, this court, without making any observations on the merits or demerits of the case, is inclined to dispose of the !/rit petition, by directing the petitioners to file a fresh representation before respondent No.4 within a period of four (4) weeks from today. on filing such application, respondent No.4 is directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with la', as expeditiously as possible, preferab$ vvithin a period of six (6) months thereon.
