The present AppeaL suit has been preferred by the Plaintiff chaltenging the Judgment passed in O.5.No.8 of 2015 by the Principat District Judge, Nizamabad, which was fited against the Defendants for Specific Performance of Contract and to pass an atternative decree for Rs.29,75,000/- with future interest @ 247o per annum from the date of frting of the suit titt reatization. l.A.No.1 of 702.5 is fited for recording the terms of memorandum of understanding dated 17. 12.2024 between the parties. I It is brought to the notice of this Lok Adatat Bench that Respondent No.2 has given a Special Power of Attorney vide notarized document, dated 10.12.2024 for compromising the matter. The Speciat Power of Attorney of Respondent No.2 is taken on record. Memorandum of understanding is fited before the Hon'bte High Court vide l.A.No.1 of 7075 and it is attested by the parties. In view of the Memorandum of understanding and the terms therein, the matter is ctosed as settted' Accordingty, compromise is recorded and Award is passed as per the terms set out in the Memorandum of Compromise.
