Brief facts in this writ petition are that petitioners claims to [g 6\^,ns1s and possessors of the lands in Sy.Nos.223/2, 224/2, 25/2, 2OZ/2, 21g/2, 226/2 and 23t/2 toan extent of land Ac.9-O2 gts., situated at putandoddi Mandal, Jogulamba Gadnal District. It is submitted that the respondent authorities had acquired the petitioners, land ulde notification dated Og.02.2001 for formation of priyadarshini Jurala project. The possession was taken by respondent No.5 on 27.02.1995 and Award was passed uide Award No. 15 of 2O0I dated 2g.09.2001 awarding compensaticn of Rs.29,OO0/- per acre. Aggrieved by the award dated 2g.Og.2OO j, petitioners made appiication under Section 1g of the Land Acquisition Act ald the ci as O.p.No. 15 of 2003 on the file of Senior . The said O.p u,as alioq,ed by enhancing the Judgment and decree dated 3O. 12.2OOS and Decree dated 30.12.2OOS, bearing L.A.A.S.No.420 of 2006 , aad this Court uide order dated 19.O9.2073 partly allowed the appeal. F-rrsuant to the same, respondent No. 1 has sanctioned the award amount arlci issued G.O.Rt.No.274 Irrigation and CAD (LA) Department dated 3O.O8.2O22 However, respondent authorities have not deposited the award amount the Judgment respondents preferred appeal before this Court, compensation uid.e Civii Judge, Gadwal same was numbere Challenging J even after issuance of G.O. Learned'counsel for the petitioners had drawn attention of this Court to Judgment passed tn Bimidipati Annapoorna Bhaooni Vs' Land Acquisition O;fficer' Yeluru Reseruoir Proiect PeddoPuram' East Godauari, A'P' and othersr ' wherein direction was given to the respondent authorities therein to deposit the compensation amount' Learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that while dealing with the similar circumstance this Court in W'P'No'29 42 of 2025 uide order dated 03.O2.2025, passed the following order:- .6. Taking into consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made bg the respectiue parties ' this Court deems it appropiate to dispose of the utit petition' directing the respondents to paA/ deposit the amount auard.ed by the learned' Senior Ciuil Judge' Naraganpet in LAOP No'24 of 2017' within a penod of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copg of tltis order'"
