5. ln view of the above, l.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2025 are allowed. Consequently, this Criminal Petition rs allowed and the proceedings C.C.No.5059 of 2022 arising out of FIR No.314 of 2022 on the file of the lll Additional Junior Civil Judge-cum-lll Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class at L.B.Nagar, against the petitioners/accused are hereby quashed subject to the petitioners/accused paying an amount of Rs.5,0001 (Rupees Five Thousand Only) to the Director, Sainik Welfare, Hyderabad (Savings tuc.No.52188926279, State Bank of lndia, Shantinagar Branch (20070), IFSC Code:SB1N0020070, MICR No.500004057) and Rs.5,0001 (Rupees Five Thousand Only) to the Telangana High Court Advocates Association, Hyderabad, within a period of three (03) weeks and fild proof of the same before the Registry Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
