Learned counscl lor the petitioner submits that the petitioner filed the prcsent writ petition to question the action of the respondent No.2 in not taking up enquiry or initiate action by cancelling the entrics in the revenrle rccords and paltadar pass book No.T20 100 160047 in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.O- 12 guntas in Sy.No.294 subdivision 294 l3l1 situated at Rangampally Village, Peddapally District, despite making number of rcpresentations by the pe titioner

Learned Assistart Government Pleader for Revenue submits that without making any proper application through Dharani portal, the pctitioner made 2 SK, J W.P.No.24075 of 2021 number of physical representations to the respondent authorities for mutation of entries in the revenue records as per the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 2O2O. If the petitioner made proper application through online as per existing rules, the respondents will consider the sarne and pass orders as per law and requested this Court to pass appropriate orders'

After hearing both sides and on perusing cntire material on record, this Court is of the considered view that the petitioner submitted several representations in physical mode for mutation of entries in the reventle records The petitioner has to make an application through on iine in Dharani portal for mutation of revenue record as per existing rules.
5. In view of the same, without going into rnerits of the case, this writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to make an application through online as per existing rules within two (02) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order' On receipt of such appiication' the respondent authorities are directcd to consider and dispose .J SK, J W.P.No.24O75 of 2021 of the same, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within eight (O8) weeks thereafter.
