2. The facts of the case in brief are that the petitioner made an F- line application uide No.DERO2250lL66479, dated 24.o4.2o2s, requesting to conduct survey and entry of his land to an extent of Ac.0-12 guntas in survey No.579 /E/2 in his pattadar passbook. prior thereto, the petitioner had also submitted a representation dated

76.04.2025 to the concerned authorities for conducting the survey. As no action was taken on his application or representation, the petitioner is constrained to file this writ petition seeking appropriate directions. 3' Hearrl learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Governme't pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 4. 4- Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that despite submitting both the application and representation, the authorities have failed to take any action, thereby causing hardship to the petitioner. 5' on the other hand, learned Assistant Government pleader for Revenue contended that the petitioner purchased land to an extent of Ac.3-02 guntas in survey No.57B/A and 579 /E from one M.sanjeev Reddy, but an extent of Ac.0-14 yz guntas in survey No.579/E still stands in the name of the said vendor, and hence, there is no valid title in favor of the petitioner over that portion of the land. Therefore, the request nrade by the petitioner cannot be considered. 6' Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Gorrernment Pleader for Revenue and without going into the merits or deirrerits of the case, this court deems it appropriate to direct r€Spon'lent No.4 to examine the petitioner,s case based on his F-line application dated 24.o4.2o2s. The respondent No.4 shail issue notice to the unofficial respondent, afford sufficient opportunity of hearing to both the parties, and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law' It is made crear that this court has not expressed arry opinion on the merits or demerits of the case -/ 3 7 with the above observations, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous apprications, if any pending, in this petition, shall stand closed. /! SD/- L.
