Brief case facts stated in this writ petition are that the petitioner claims to be the owner and possessor of the land admeasuring 500 sq.yds, in Sy.No.1029, Plot No.5-8, situated at Mallikarjuna Nagar, Beeramguda H/o Ameenpur, Sangareddy District, having acquired the same through Registered sale deed bearing document No.105 of 19g6 dated 06.01.19g6. The case of the petitioner is when she was unabre to locate boundaries of the subject Iand for construction of compound war, the petitioner made online F- LINE Petition No.DER022401094048 dated 09.06.2024 and demarcation Petition No.AoD02240o06571,0 dated 09.05.2024 and requested respondent 2 authorities to conduct the survey and fix the boundaries to the petitioner's -; subject land, however, the same is still pending Aggrieved by the same' this writ petition is filed.

78.09.2024 made a representation and again requested the respondent authorities to conduct survey and fix boundaries of the subject land, the same is also pending.

Learnecl Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents submits that F-line applications are made for the purpose of survey of agricultural lands and since the petitioner's lancl is on plot and not an agricultural land, no orders for survey be passed on such F-line application.

6. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to respondent authorities to dispose the petitioner's representation dated 18.09.2024, in a time bound period '

7. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenuc further submits that if the petitioner's representation dated 18.09.2024 is still pending for consideration; the respondent authorities may be directed to dispose of the said representation and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law'

In view of the submission made by learned counsel appearing on either side and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent authorities to dispose the ; 3 petitioner's representation dated 18.09.2024 and pass appropriate orders strictiy in accordance with law, as expeditiousiy as possible, preferably within a period of two (02) weeks from the ciate of receipt of copy of this order and communicate the same to the petifioner. 9 Accordingly this writ petition is disposed of.
