With their consent, this writ petition is being disposed of at the admission stage itself.

Brief facts stated in this writ petition are that the petitioner claims to be absolute owner and possessor of the land to an extent of Ac.8.0O Gts, in Survey No. 151 Ee I | / | , situated at Thummaloor Vi11age, Maieshwaram Maldal, Ranga Reddy District. The revenue , /'.., --\ -" ., 2 authorities had mutated petitioner's name in ail revenue records and E-pattadar passbooks was also issued in his favour. The case of the petitioner is that with respect to protect the subject land from the land grabbers, petitioner made an F-Line application bearing No.DERO22SO ).14a162 dated 10.03.2O25, and requested responded Nos.4 and 5 to conduct the survey and demarcate the boundaries of subject land. The grievance of the petitioners is that even after receiving the said application, the respondent authorities are not conducting survey and demarcating the boundaries of the subject land. Hence, the present writ petition.
4. I-earned counsel for the petitioner submitted lhat in terms of the circulars issued by the Commissioner, Survey, Settlements and Land Records, the respondents are bound to consider the applications within 45 days from the date of the application after collecting necessary charges.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents has submitted that if the said application complies with a1l the requirements of the circular instructions issued by the Commissioner, Survey, Scttlements and Land Records uide Rc.No.N1/6543/99, dated 25.O7.2OO1, Rc.No.N1/ I4O8/07, dated 13.07.2007, and Rc.No.N2/ 174l /2OIO, J dated 18.O5.2O1O, the respondent authorities will consider the same and pass appropriate orders.

In view of the above submissions, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition with the following directions:- i) Respondent Nos.4 and 5 are directed to take up the F-line application of the petitioner dated lO.O3.2O2S for conducting survev. ii) In case respondent Nos.4 and 5 is of the view that sub_ division nu-rnbers, is required to be done and if any further fee is required to be paid by the petitioner in terms of the Circulars referred to the above, the same shall be intimated to tJle petitioner and on receipt of such intimation, the petitioner shall pay such fee as may be required by respondent Nos.4 and 5- iii) On such payment of fee by the petitioner, respondent Nos.4 and 5 shall take further steps for conducting survey as requested by the petitioner and conclude the same in accordance with law: I I 1 'iv) The entire exercise, as directed above, shall be completed within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
