This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner/accused under Section52SolBNSS,2023seekingtoquashtheproceedings against him in S.C.POCSO.No 140 of 2025 on the file of learned Special POCSO Court, at L.B- Nagar, at Ranga Reddy District' for the offences punishable under Sections 35a(D), 504 I P C & Sec'11 rlw 12 of POCSO Act

Heard Mr.D.Udit Narayana, learned counsel representing Mr.RapoluBhaskar,learnedcounselforthepetitioner,tvlr.Jithender Rao Veeramalla, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondentNo.,l-StateandMr.ManchikatlaVishnuvardhan,learned counsel for resPondent No.2. lt is submitted by learned counsel appearing for the 3 petitioner/accused as.well as respondent No 2/de facto complainant that during pendency of the present Criminal Petition' the parties have compromised the matter and accordingly, l A Nos 2 and 3 of 2025 have been filed to record compromise between them and to compound the offences 2 4 The learned Additional public prosecutor has opposed the said compromise petitions

5. Perused the affidavits filed by the de facto complainant in IA.Nos 2 and ,3 of 2025 which disclose that she has wiflingly consented for crtrnp1e61se. Since the parties were willing to enter into compromise, they were given a chance to setile the matter by appearing along with their respective counsel before the High court Legar services committee for the state of rerangana vrde orders dated 31 07.202.J passed by this Court. The Secretary, High Court Legar Services oommittee shail identify the parties and submit a report to that effe,:t.

Pursuant tc, the above said direction issued by this Court, the parties along with their respective counsel have appeared before the High court Legar riervices committee for the state of rerangana and the Secretary of the above said Authority identified the parties and submitted a report dated 07.0g.2025 stating that the parties were identified and thev have wirfury and without any coercion entered into compromise as per the terms of compromise.

7. ln view of the above, l.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2025 are allowed. Consequenfly, the Criminal petition is allowed and the proceedings 3 in S.C.POCSO.No.'140 o'f 2025 on the file of learned Special POCSO Court, at L.B.
