Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondenl authorities have included thc property of the petitioner admeasuring to an extent of 150 Sq. yards in Plot No.B in Survey No.73,r1AA and 734/A situated at Raigir Village , Bhongir Mandal, yadadriBhongir District, in prohibitory list in pursuance to impugned proceedings in Memo No.G2l5402 /2016, Endt.No.G/24O3/2otg dated 09.12.2OL9 and Lr.t',to.ROR-I lLt4Ol20lg O5.12.2OL9. But, the said proceedings were already set aside by this Court in W.p.No.19719 of 2023 dated 04.12.2023. On contrar5z, the respondent authorities have not deleted the subject property of the petitioner frorn the prohibitory list and not entertained the docr_rrnent 2 SIi, J WP 19618 go9,5 presented by the petitioner. Therefore, requested this Court to allow the writ petition by directing the respondent authorities to register an cI release the said document presented by the petitioner without reference to the impugned notices dated 09. Accordingiy, in terrrrs of thc order passed in W.P.No. I97Ig of 2023 datetl 04. 12j2023 and for the reasons alike, this writ petition is clisposed of by directing the respondent No.S to receive the documents thert are sought to be presented by the petitioner for registration in respect of the subject properties without reference to the Endorsement, dated Og.l2.2o7g alcl the letter, dated 3 SK, J WP 196 i8 eo2b

05.12.2019, issued by the Commissioner of Inspector Genera,l of Stamps and Registration and process the same, subject to the said documents complying with the requirements of the Registration Act, 19og ard the Indian Stamp Act, 1899, as expeditiously as possible, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of presentation of the documents by the petitioner and communicate the same to the petitioner.
