2. Heard learned counsel for the parties and with their consent, this writ petition is being disposed of at the admission stage. It is stated that the petitioners claims to be absolute owner 3. and possessor of the land to an extent of Ac.3.OO guntas in Sy.No.1O9, situated at Gopanpally Village, Serilingampally Mandal, Rangareddy District uide Doc.No.5424 / 1,996 dated 26.06. 1996 and Doc. No.9O94 / 200O dated 29.11.2OOO. The revenue authorities also issued pattadar passbooks and title deeds in favour of l I i 2 petitioners under the provisions of the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks AcL,2O2O. It is further stated that some of the neighbouring land owners have started disturbing the boundaries of the subject land and as such, the petitioners have submitted F-Line applications uide reference No,s:- DERO224O I 1 I 1645, DERO224O I I 1 1 652, DERO224O 1 1 I I 648 and DERO224OL11 1650, all dated 23.11.2024 to respondent Nos.5 and 6, by paying requisite fee for conducting survey of the subject land and demarcate the boundaries of subject land. The grievance of the petitioners is that even after receiving the said application, the respondent authorities are noL conducting survey and demarcating the boundaries of tire subject land. Learned counsel for the petitioncrs submitted that in terms of the circulars issued by the Commissioner, Survcy, Settlements and Land Records, the respondents are bound to consider the applications within 45 days from the clate of the application after collecting necessary charges. The petitioners is also ready to bear the necessary expenses lor lixation of Kaddi stones subject to the survey being conducted by the Tahsildar.

Learned Assistant Govcrnment pleader lor Revenue appearing for the respondents has submiLted that if the said application complies with all the requirements of the circular instructions issued by the Commissioner, Survey, Settlements and Land Records uide Rc.No.Nl/6543/99, dated 25.O7.2OOt, Rc.No.Nl/ l4O8/07, dated 13.07.2OO7, and Rc.No.N2/ l74t / 2OtO, dated 18.05.2010, the respondent authorities will consider the same and pass appropriate orders.

In view of the above submissions, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose with the following directions:- i) Respondent Nos.5 and 6 is clirected to take up the F-line appiication of the petitioners dated 23.11.2024 for conducting survey, sub-division and demarcating boundaries of the subject land in Survey No.lO9 admeasuring Ac.3.O0 guntas, situated in Gopanpally Village, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District; ii) In case respondent No's.S and 6 is of the view that sub- division numbers is required to be done and any further fee is required to be paid by the petitioners in terms of the Circulars referred to the above, the same shall be intimated to the petitioners and on receipt of such intimation, the petitioners shall pay such fee as may be required by respondent No's.5 and b. ( { 4 iii) On such payment of fee by the petitioners, respondent No's.S and 6 shall take further steps for conducting survey as requested by the petitioners and conclude the same in accordance with law: iv) The entire exercise, as directed above, shall be completed within a period of eight (8) weeks from thc date of receipt of a copy of thrs order. 7 With the above observations, this Writ petition is disposed ol No costs.
