2. Heard learned counsel for the parties and with their consent, this writ petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage.

It is stated that the petitioner claims to be the absolute owner and possessor of the land to an extent of Ac.0.33 guntas in Sy.No.463/t5/tr 11, Ac.O.10 gunras in Sy.No. t32/Etr 11, Ac.O.10 guntas in Sy.No.133lDE/1 and Ac.O.O9 guntas in Sy.No. t34/AA/ | situate d at Mujahidpur Village, Kulkacherla Mandal, Vikarabad k 2 1 District. The revenue aurhorities also issued pattadar passbooks and title dceds in petitioner's favour under the provisions of the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 2020. It is further submitted that sonre of the neighboring land owners have started disturbing the boundaries of the subject land and as such, the petitioner has submitt.ed F-Line application uide Application No.DER0225O l179I2I, dated 20.05.2O25 to respondent Nos.4 and 5, by paying requisite fee for conducting survey of the subject land and demarcate the boundaries of subject land. Thc main gri.evance of the petitroner is that even after receiving the said application, the respondent authorities are not conducting survey and dernarcating the boundaries of thc subject land. Hence, the present writ petition.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitled that in terms of the circulars issued by the Commissioncr, Survey, Se ttlemen ts and Land Records, the respondents are bound to consider the applications within 45 days from the date of thc application after collecting necessary charges. 'I'he pelitioner is also ready to bear the necessary expenses for hxation of Kaddi stones subject to the survey being conducted by the 'I'ahsildar.

Learned Assislant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents would submit tl-rat if the said -) application complies with all thc requirements o[ the crrcular instructions issued by the Commissioner, Survey, Settlements and Land Records uide Rc.No.N I /6543/99, dated 25.O7 .2OOl, Rc. No. N 1 / l4OB / 07, dated 13.07.2 OO7, and Rc.No.N2/ 17 4 | / 20 lO, dated 18.O5.201O, the respondent authorities will consider the same and pass appropriale orders.

In view of the above submissions, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose with the following directions:- i) Respondent No's.4 ancl 5 is dirccted to take up the F-line application of the petitioner dated 20.O5.2025 for conducting survey, sub-division and demarcating boundaries of the subject land in Survey No.463/ 15/E /1 admeasuring Ac.O.33 guntas, Survey No.l32/EE/1 admeasuring Ac.O.I0 guntas, Survey No.133/trE/1 admeasuring Ac.O.1O and Survey No. 13a/AA/ I admeasuring Ac.O.09 guntas situated in Mujahidpur Village, Kulkacherla Mandal, Vikarabad District; ii) ln case respondent No's.4 and 5 is ol the view that sub- division numbers is required to be done and any further fee is required to be paid by lhe petitioner in terms of the Circulars referred to the above, the same shall be intimated to the petitioner and on receipt of such intimation, the I t \ .-.-..i \l - pe litioner shall pay such fee as may be required by respondcnt No's.4 and 5. iii) On such payment of fee by the petitione r, respondent No's.4 and 5 shall take further steps for conducting survey as requested by thc petitioner and concludc the same in accord:tnce with law. iv) The entire exercisr:, as directed above, shall be completed within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of recerpt of a copy of this order.
7. With thc above observations, this Writ Petitron is disposed ol No costs.
