According to the petitioner, his grandfather Sri Iqbal Ahmed was the absolute .owner and possessor of land admeasuring to a total extent of Acs. 14.O 1 guntas IN Survey Nos.243l1 (Acs. 2.00 guntas), 19 (Acs. 1.0500 guntas). 20al1 (Acs. 7.2450 guntas) and 243 (Acs. 3.115O guntas), situ.ated at Utukur Village, Luxxetipet Mandal, Mancherial District, erstwhile Adilabad District (for short, 'the subject property'). According to the petitioner, his graldfather has execi-rted a Will Deed on

15.06.2013 in favour of the petitioner ald he died on 15.11.2015. Therefore, petitioner has submitted two online appiic ations uide Nos.250O348433 and 2500348446 dated 14.06.2025 to the 4'h respondent with a request to issue succession and mutation proceedings. Despite receiwing and acknowledging the said online applications, 4th respondent did not act upon the same. Aggrieved 7 by the said inaction of 4th respondent, petitioner filed the present writ petition

3. Petitioner has filed copies of the Will Deed dated 15.06.2013, Dcath Certificate of his grandfather dated LO.OL.2O24 , cieclaration given by the petitioner before the 4tt' respondent dated i4.06.2025, etc.

4. Whereas learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, on instructions; would submit that 4th respondent will consider the sa.id oniine applications ind pass appropriate orders strictly in accordance q'ith law.

If the 4th respondent is not inclined to accept the r-equest made by the petitioner, he sha[1 assign specific reasons, pass an order and communicate a copy of the said order to the petitioner herein. He shall complete the said 3 exercise within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
