2. Respondent No.5 is present before ttris Court and has hled copies of the notices issued to the unofficial respondents on
31.07.2024 for removal of unauthorized constructions, if any.
3. Learned Standing Counsel submitted that respondent No.5 would take action in accordance with law against the illegal construction, pursuant to the notice, dated 3L .OZ .2024.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner subm:tted that after issuance of notices, the respondents have not takr:n any steps for removal of unauthorized constructions. Howt,ver, from the photographs filed along with the writ petition, there does not appear to be any construction made except for the compound wall near the statues of Jyothi Baplule.
5. In view of the above, this Court deems it hr. and proper to direct respondent No.S to take action in accor<lance with law against the constructions, if any, made by respondents No.6 and 7 without obtaining any permission from the a uthorities. The action shall be taken within a period of fifteen (15) days from the date of receipt of copy of this order, after puttirrg respondents No.6 and 7 on notice.
