Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner-Company is involved in business of manufacturing customized electronics transformer & inductors at IDA Shed No.22512261P, Phase-ll, IDA Cherlapally Village, Kapra Mandal, Medchat Malkajgiri District. While So, the petitioner and i i i ,i l I I i I i I l ! I ! 2 wp 191.+3 2025 respondent No.4 cntered into a registered Lease Deed ujde document No.5562 of 2018, dated 21.03.2018, in relation to the subject property. Accordingl1,, the name of the respondent No.4 was mutated in electricity meter bearing USC No.1106525g24, S No.09O5 41 1 O559, for lr,hich, the petitioner submitted No_ objection for the same. However, respondent No.4 absconded as she has defaulted in payment of certain loan amount. Therefore, the petitioner made a representation to respondent No.3 on
31.O7.2025, rcquesting to mutate the petitioner,s name in relalion to electricity mete r bearing USC No.1 1O6525g24. S.No.O9O5 41 1O559 and Lhc samc is pending consideration. Hence, learned counsel prays this Court to direct respondent No.3 to consider the representation datcd 31.O1_2025, submitted by the petitioner ancl pass appropriate orders wrthin a stipulated period of time.
5. Learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.1 to 3 fairly submits that respondent No.3 will consider the representation of the petitioncr, dated 3I.Ol.'2025, and pass appropriate orders in accordance witl-r lau,.

Having regard to the submissions made by learned counsel for the respective parties and q,ithout going into the merits of the case, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent No.3 to consider the representation, dated 31 .Ol.2O2S, submitted by the 3 PK,.I Wp 19443 2025 petitioner and pass approprlate orders thereon, strictly in accordance with law, after putting respondent No.4 on notice and affording an opportunity of hearing to the parties, as expediLiously as possible, preferably within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate a copy thereof to the petitioner. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
