The petitioner approached the Court seeking prayer as under: "......to issue a writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus to declare action of the respondents in not considering the application of the File No. RC.No All0f l2OL9, dated 13.12.2019 of the petitioner to grant incentive for inter-caste marriage under Dr.Ambedkar Scheme for Social Integration through Inter-caste marriage and subsequent application/representation dated 21.17.202L as illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and violative of principles of natural justice and violative of Article 14 and 21 of the constitution of India and I 1 consequently direct the respondents particularly respondent No.2 to consider the applications dated 13.12.2019 and 21.11.2021 of the petitioner and grant incentive for inter-caste marriage under Dr Ambedkar Scheme for Social Integration through Inter-caste marriage and to pass...."

3. It is specific case of the petitioner that the petitioner belong to Scheduled Caste (Madiga), petitioner's marriage was performed on 01.07.20L9 with K.Raghavendar who belong to Backward Class (Mudiraj). The petitioner's marriage was registered by the Sub Registrar, Narayanpet on

03.07.2019. Subsequently, the petitioner made an application to the District Collector/Respondent No.5 requesting to provide the financial assistance under Dr.Ambedkar Scheme for Social Integrating through Inter castes marriage on 21.09.2019. In pursuance of petitioner's application, the District Collector had addressed a letter dated 13.12.2019 to the Director Scheduled Caste Development Department/ Respondent No.4 recommending to forward petitioner's application for sanction of financial assistance under Dr.Ambedkar Scheme for Social Integrating through Inter castes Marriage. The respondents are not considering the I \ application of the File No.RC.No. AI/1li2Olg, dated 13.12.2019 oF the petitioner to grant incentive and subsequent application/representation dated 2L.ll.2O2l. Aggrieved by the same. the present Writ Petition has been filed.

Learned Government Pleader for Social Welfare appearing on behalf of the respondent Nos.3, 4, 6 & 7 submits that the Writ Petition could be disposed of directing the respondents to consider the application vide File No.RC.No.A1 /O[/2OL9, dated 13.12.2O19 of the petitioner seeking grant of incentive for inter-caste marriage under Dr.Ambedkar Scheme for Social Integration through inter-caste marriage and duly considering the petitioner's representation, dated 2L.L1.2O21 addressed to the respondent No.2 within a reasonable period in accordance to law. 5 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner does not dispute the submissions made by Learned Government Pleader for Social Welfare appearing on behalf of the respondent Nos.3,4t 6 &7, , I IE l

Taking into consideration the said submissions made by both the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and learned Government pleader for sociar wetfare appearing on beharf of the respondent Nos.3, 4, 6 & 7, the Writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider the application of the petitioner, vide Fite No.RC.No.At/Ot/2O19, dated L3'L2.2or9, dury considering the petitioner.s detaired representation dated ZL,t]^.2}2l- in accordance to law within a period of three (03) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order, and dury communicate the decision on the said application dated 13.12.201g and also the representation dated zir.Lir.2O2t to the petitioner.
