The brief facts of the case are that the petitioner is the owner and possessor of the lald admeasuring Acs'3'08 guntas in Survey No.442, situated at Kandulavari Gudem, Dirsencherla Revenue Village Shivaru, Nereducherla Mandal, Suryapet District' having acquired the same from his ancestors and the narnes of his ancestors have been recorded as pattedars and possessors of the property in revenue records from the beginning' The "ubj.9j -l grievance of the petitioner is that after the advent of Dharani \ 2 \l \ Portal, respondent No.4 herein had illegally reflected the names of other individua-ls in respect of the subject propergr and taking advantage of this, those individuals are claiming the 'Rythu Bairdhu'amounts and now they are trying to sell the subject land to third parties. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner approached the 4m respondent seeking correction of entries, however the 4e respondent vide endorsement dated 01.04.2022, rnformed the petitioner that there is no such option available to them at that time to correct the entries in the Dharani Portal'; that amendments to the said Portal was awaited; and 1.hat as and when such option is introduced by way of amendment, the petitioner's request for correction of the erroneous entries in the revenue records pertaining to the subject land would tre considered. Meanwhile, the individuals whose narnes were wr,)ngly reflected in the Dharani Porta-l in respect of subject land, are making efforts to sell the subject land. Aggrieved by the sarne, present writ petition is filed.
4. This Court vide order dated 08.09.2023 b.as directed the petitioner to submit online application through (TM 15) module in Dharani Portal. -4 3

Learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that as per the directions of this Court, the petitioner has tried to upload application through Dharani portal, but the same was not accepted and could not upload the application. He further submits that the Government has now introduced the Telalgana Bhu Bharati (Record of Rights in Land) Act, 2024, in place of the Dharani Portal, and prays that liberty be granted to the petitioner to frle an application through the Bhu Bharati Portal for rectification of the entries. He a-lso seeks a direction to the respondents to consider the said application and pass necessary orders in accordance with law.
6. l,earned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue would submit that it is open to the petitioner to submit online application for rectification of entries in revenue trgcords as per Rule-4 of the Telangana Bhu Bharati (Record of Rights in Land) Rules, 2025, arrd on such application being made, the respondents would consider the same and pass appropriate orders on merits by duly giving notice to the affected parties I

Considering the aforesaid submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, the petitioners are directed to 4 F! submit online application as per Rule-4 of the Telangana Bhu Bharati (Record of Rights in Land) Rules, 2025, lbr rectihcation of entries in the revenue records in respect of the subject land, and on such application being made, the respondents are directed to cohsider the same and pass appropriate orders, strictly in accordance with law, by duly giving notic,: and affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well ies the alfected parties, within a period of two months.from the date of submission of apptication by the petitioners.
