Dathapuram, Hanamakonda ...RESPONDENTS Petition under Article 226 of the constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High court may be pleased to issue a writ, order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the respondents police particularly 4th and Sth respondents calling the petitioner to his police station and also visiting the land i.e., RCC and AC sheet roof house with open place bearing H.No. l5-'l-471 to an extent of 623 sq. yards in Sy Nor 698 of Jayagurudatta colony, Mulugu Road, Peddammagadda, Hanumakonda city and District of the petitioner along with 6th respondent and illegally interfering into the civil disputes without considering the injunction order dated 21 .01 .2o2s passed in lA No. 2612025 in os No. 43 ot 2o2s on the file of court of the Ill Additional Junior civit Judge-cum-Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Hanumakonda and insisting the petitioner to compromise vacate the said house and the respondents police are encouraging the unofficial respondents to trespass and create galata into the petitioner house property is illegal, arbitrary, without jurisdiction and also violative of Articles 14, 19,21 and 300-A of the Constitution of lndia and consequently to direct the respondents police particularly respondents 4 and 5 not to call the petitioner to the police station and not to interfere into the civil disputes between the petitioners and the unofficial respondents in the interest of justice. lA NO: 1 OF 2025 Petition under Section I51 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to Direct the respondents police particularly respondents 4 and 5 not to interfering into the civil disputes by harassing and calling the petitioner to their police station and not to interfere into th6 civil disputes between the petitioner and the unofficial respondent no.6 by considering the injunction order dated 21.O1 .2025 passed in lA No. 2612025 in OS No. 43 of 2025 on the file of court of the lll Additional Junior Civil Judge-cum-Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Hanumakonda, pending disposal of the main writ petition. VINOD KUMAR W.P.No.1938l of 2o25 ORDER Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Proh. & Excise appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 5, and with their consent, the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing and disposal at admission stage.
2. Having regard to the manner of disposal of th'e writ petition and the nature of lls involved, this Court is of the view that notice to unofficial responden( No.6 is not necessary for adjudication of the present Writ Petition
3. The case of the petitioner, in brief, is that respondent Nos.4 & 5 are calling him to the 5th respondent-Police Station and interfering in civil disputes, even though an order of injunction has been granted in his favour uide order dt.2i .O1.2O25 in I.A.No.26 /2025 1n OS.No.43l2025, which is extended till
26.O9.2025, and forcing the petitioner to settle the disputes with one Srinivas Reddy and others, which action of the respondents- authorities it is contended as highly illega1, arbitrary and in violation of Articles 14, 19, 2 1 & 3OOA of the Constitution of India. 2

Per contra, learned Government pleader for Home appearing for official respondents while denying the rvrit averments would submit that based on the complaints made by the petitioner, two cases uide Crime No.2OI/2025, dt.05.05.2025, Crime No.2Bll2025, dt.25.O6.2025, are registered against one Srinivas Reddy & others, while based on the complaint of the unofficial respondent herein, the authorities have registered a case uid.e Crime No.26 I/2025, dt.14.06.2025 against the petitioner herein and his sons.

Learned Government Pleader further submits that the respondents-authorities except conducting investigation into the aforesaid case and counter cases registered against the petitioner and at the behest of the petitioner, are not interfering in the civil disputes or coercing the petitioner to settle the serme in favour of Srinivas Reddy & others, as claimed by the petitioner.

Learned Government Pleader for Home further submits that the petitioner and the said Srinivas Reddy, in the name of civil disputes are creating law & order problem in the village, and for the said reason, the respondents-authorities have visited the subject site on the date mentioned in the writ petition, and except ----7 3 the authorities visiting the subject site for the purpose of maintaining law & order situation, are not interfering in the civil disputes.
7. The aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Pleader for Home is taken on record. B. Having regard to the submissions made as above and since, it is now stated to this Court that based on the complaint lodged by the unofficial respondent herein a crime is registered against the petitioner herein, while based on the complaints made by the petitioner, two crimes having been registered against one Srinivas Reddy & others, and all the three crimes are being investigated into by the respondents-authorities, this court is of the view that the respondents-authorities are to be directed to conduct investigation into the aforesaid crimes registered against the accused therein ' and take further action, strictly in accordance with law, without interfering in the civil disputes that may exist between the parties, which are stated to be subject matter of a suit uide OS.|Jo.43l2025. 9 .
