2. lt is stated that petitioner is the absolute ownerr and possessor of agricultural land admeasuring to an extent of Acs. 2.29OO guntas in Survey No.513/EE, situated at Kamaluddinpur Village, Ghanpur Mandal, wanaparthy District (for short,'the subject lzrnd') and hcr name was enLered in the revenue records and pattadar passbook and title deed u'as also issued in favour of the petitio ner uide Passbook No.T0404OO31297 arld KhaLa No.6O623. It is further stated that out of the total extent of the subject land, the petitioner made an application to the respondent authorities for conversion of agricultural land into non agricultural purpose in respect of land admeasuring Acs. 1.29OO guntas and the 3"1 respondcnt, being the 2 CVBR, W.P.No.19391 of 2O25 compctcnt authoritlr, issued NALA order uide proce rdings No.240O793557 dated 07. 12.2024 according permission for conversi rn ol agricultural lancl into non agricultural purpose. It is further slated tlrat rvhen the pelilioner approached a Bank for obtaining loan to start a Poul -r-v F:rrm in the subjecr land, she r.r.a s informcd that the same cannot bc grarrtc<l on thc ground that NALA conversron is made in respect of the subject lanC. [n view of the above submission, since as per TM33 Module in the circulzrr issued by the Chief Commissioner of Land Administration, Telangana, Hyclerabad uide Ciroular No. 1 of 2024 dated 28.02.2024 , lhe petitioner is entitled for conversion of land usage from non agricultural land to agricultural purpose, this Court is of the opinion that the ends of justice u,ould be met if the petitioner is permitted to make appropriate online application as per TM33 Module in the prescribed folmat in Bhu Bharati Web Portal, seeking for conversion ol land usaEae lrom non- agricul[ural land to agricultural purpose in respec[ of the subject land.
