It is statecl that the petitioner is the owner and possessor of land admeasuring to an extent of Acs O 35 guntas in Survey No'2O3/ I I I lL I I 12' situated at Medipalle Village' Ramagundam Mandal' Peddapalli District (for short, 'the subject land'), having succeeded the same by way of partition of the ancestral property and the petitioner's name was also mutated in the revenue records and e-pattadar passbook and title deed was also issued in favour of the petitioner in respect of the subject land under the provisions of the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act' 2O2O ' It is further stated that the petitioner had submitted F-Line apprication uide Application No.DtrR0225O 1 158359, Transaction ID No TTDERO225O7158359 dated 04.06.2025 to respondent Nos'3 to 5' by paying requisite fee to conduct 2 CVBR, - W.P.No. 19396 of 2O2S l i I survey of the subject land and fix the petitioner is that even boundaries. 4. Learned counsel for thc petitioner has submitLcd that in tcrms of the circulars issued by the commissioner, Surwcy, settlements and Land Records' the respondents are bound to consider the application within 45 days from the date of the application after collecting necessary charges.

Sri L.Ravinder, learned Assistant Government pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents has submitted that the respondent authorities will consider the aforesaid F-Line application submitted bv the petitioner by following due procedure laid down uncler law and conduct survey and demarcate the subject land by fixing boundaries

It is settled law that the Survey Department has the authority to conduct survey ancl clemarcate lands in accordance with the provisions of the Telangana Lancl Revenue Act, 1317 VIII of 13 1 7 Fasli), the Telangana Surwey and Boundaries Act, 1923 and the Rules framed thereunder. The Governmcnt has issued vanous Fasli (Act No Circulars specifying the 3 CVBR' J W.P.No. 19396 of 2025 conditions for conducting surveys, particurarly F-Line (field measurement) surveys. Individuals requesting such surveys are required to submit specific documents and if the conditions stipulated in the Circulars are fullilled' the survey and boundary Irxation may be conducted' The Commissioner' Survey' Settlements and Land Records' exercising powers under the Telangana Survey and Boundaries Acr ' 1923' issued relevant Circulars from time to time 25.O7 .2OOl , Rc No'N 1 / 1'4Oa /07 dated uid.e Rc.No.N i /6543/99 dated conditions

In vieu' of the aforesaid discussion' this Court deems rt appropriate to dispose of lhis writ petition directing respondent Nos 4 and 5 F-Line applic atiort uide Application to consider examine the petitioner's Transaclion ID.No.TTDtrRO225O1158359 dated No.DERO225O I 158359, 04.06.2025, in accordance with the provisions of the Telangana Survey and Boundaries Act, 7923 and also in terms of the circular instructions issued by the Commissioner, Survey, Settlements and Land Records for conducting survey on field measurement applications (F Line applications) from time to from the date of receiPt of a coPY of time, within a period of four (O4) weeks this order, if not already conducted' l ! 8 With the above observations, this Writ petition is disposed of.
