2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue and perused the record'

The Tahsildar, Madgul Mandal' Rangareddy District placed instructions to the Government Pleader for Revenue stating that on verification of Khasra (1954-55) pahani of Girikothapally Village, the Survey No.219 to an extent of Ac'12-09 guntas is classified as patta land and recorded on the various individual names' On verification of 2 Bhu Bharati portai, the name of the writ petitioner is reflecting as pattadar to an extent of Ac.2_31 guntas in Survey No.2lgcae9 situated at Girikothapally Village, ldadgul Mandal with digital signarure pending (herein referred as subject property). The petitioner has filed an application in Court case intimation rnodule, which is designed for the block / un-block transactions over the iands, u.hich are involved in the Court cases and other issues. The petitionet_,s name is already reflected as pattadar in Dharani portal uid_e Khata No. 1O01 of Girikothapally Village, Madgul Mandal. This court passed an order in W.P.No. 1,26Il of 2O2I, dated 04.06.2021, to make an applicarion through DHARANI web portal uploading all the doouments in of his claim and requesting the District Collector, Rangareddy respondent No.2, to redress his grievance. On receipt of such application, the respondent No.2 shall verify the revenue records and take action accordingly and inform compliance of the High Court orders, notice was isstLed to the subject Survey No.2 19 pattadars (i. e. 1 . Sri Anumula pancluranga Reddy, S/o.Janga Reddy, 2. Sri Anumula Narsi Reddy, S/o. Janga Reddy, 3. Sri Anumula Ram Reddy, S/o.Janga Reddy, 4. Sru Anumula Raghuma Reddy, S/o.papi Reddy, and 5. Sri Anumula Ram Reddy, S/o.Malla Redciy). Orr receipt of the notices, jndividuals hled objections stating that they are the owners and the writ petitioner is not in physical possession over the claiming land. In view of the same, the physical possession dispute is between the above indivicluals and the writ petitioner and that apart the application is the petitioner. Thcreafler, support District, 1n w!r :. 3 filed in wrong module in Bhu Bharati Portai, which is for blocking / un-blocking the transactions over the lands, and that' he is claiming to issue pattadar passbooks and enter his name in Bhu Bharati Portal, which is already existing in his name' Learned counsel for the petitione r submits that since the 4. petitioner's name already exists, the respondents shall issue a e-passbook, as per the provisions of tL,e Act,2024'

Considering the instructions raised by the Tahsildar and the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner would take appropriate steps in hling application for the issuance of e passbook. If the petitioner is found eligible, then the respondents are directed to initiate an enquiry after hearing the objections' and on issuing a notice to the petitioner and after giving a fair opportunity of personal hearing, pass appropriate orders u'ithin a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order'
