Clanesh, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the Investigating Olficer in the said crime has completed investigation, laid charge sheet against the petitioners and the same was taken on file vide C.C.No. 17 of 2024. ln proof of the same, he has filed copy of e-case status.

In the light o[ the said submission, nothing remains in these criminal petitions to adjudicate further, cause in the present criminal petitions does not survive ar-rd it has become infructuous. 4 . Accordingly, these Criminal Petitions are dismissed as infructuous grar-rting libr:rty to the petitioners to challenge the proceedings in thc said Calendar Case.
