2. Heard Mr. Ramu Nallamothu, learned counsel for the petitioner, and learned Government Pleader for S;ervices-III for respondent Nos.1 to 4.

3.Learnedcounselforthepetitionersubmitstha':thepetitioner retired from service on 31'01.2025 and till now, his retirement benefits were not released by the respofuents.

4. Learned Government Pleader submits that the bills pertaining totheretirementbenefitsofthepetitionerarealreadyprocessed. However,duetodearthoffunds,theamountscouldnotbereleased tothepetitionerontime.LearnedGovernmentPleaderfurther submits that as per seriatim of the token numbers, amounts will be released to the beneficia ries.
