2. Heard Mr. Ramu Nallamothu, learned counsel for the petitioner, and learned Government pleader for llervices-III for respondent Nos.1 to 4.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner retired from service on 28.02.2025 and till now, l.ris retirement benefits were not released by the respony'ents.

4. Learned Government pleader submits that the bills pertaining to the retirement benefits of the petitioner are already processed. However, due to dearth of funds, the amounts could not be released to the petitioner on time. Learned Government pleader further submits that as per seriatim of the token numbers, amounts will be released to the beneficia ries.

5. Having regard to the above submissions, this Writ petition is disposed oF directing the respondents to release and pay the admitted retirement benefits such as pending Final payment of Gratuity (CAP Share) Bill amount of Rs.10,21,2.23l_ vide STO h $ Token No.2600038507, dated 08.04.2025, Gratuity (TG Share) Bill amount of Rs.5,78,777/- vide STO Token No.2600038497, dated 08.04.2025, Commutation (CAP Share) Bill amount of Rs.11,41,157l- vide STO Token No.2524276982, dated 20.03.2025, Commutation (TG Share) Bill amount of Rs.6,46,749l- vide SfO Token No.2524277037, dated 20.03.2025, Final ELs and Half Pay Leave Encashment Bill amount of Rs.6,88,709l- vide STO Token No.2524254314, dated 18.03.2025, ZP GPF Final Encashment Bill amount of Rs.3,24,937/- vide SfO Token and Cheque No.2600196668, dated 25.04.2025, and Surrender Leave for 30 days Bill amount of Rs.1,26,468/- vide STO Token No.2523938925, dated 12.02.2025, pertaining to the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
