The brief Facts of the case are that the petitioner belongs to the BC-D community, comes from a poor family, and has studied up to S'S'C' She registered her name with the Employment Exchange in the year 1999 and has been earnestly seeking gainful employment ever since' 2 The petitioner worked as a vidya Vorunteer in the upper primary schoor at Latpally Village. In response to a notification issued by the respondents in 2003 for the post of Anganwadi Worker, the petitioner applied but was not selected despite h er relevant teaching experience. Alleging irregularities in the selection process, she filed W.p.No.22964 of 2004 before this Court. During the pe ndency of the said writ petition, the respondents issued a fresh notification on 24.1o.2006 ca llin g fo r applications for the same post. The petitioner apptied again and an acknowledgment dated 27.tO.2006. The scheduted for 04.03.2007 at Zilla parishad High School for Boys, Nagarkurnool. However, the resp ondents failed to provide any information regarding the syllabus or scope of the examination, despite a written representation dated ZB.O2.2OO7 submitted by the petitioner seeking such details. Additionally. the examination venue was changed at the last minute without prior notice. The petitioner was awarded 39 marks in the written examination, and interviews scheduled based on those marks. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that appropriate directions be issued to the respondents to consider the representations i I odared 28.02.2007 and 10.03.2007, and pass appropriate orders in 3 1 accordance with law.

Learned Government Pleader for Women Development and Child Welfare, appearing for the respondents, placed on record a copy of the written instructions wherein it is stated that all the AWT posts und€r Lattupally GP were already filled up and all the AWTs are working and there is no vacancy available in the AWCs of Lattupally GP'

Taking into consideration the submissions made by the learned counsel for the respective parties, without going into the merits of the case, this writ Petition is disposed of, directing the respondent authorities to consider the petitioner's representations dated 28 '02 '2007 and 10.03.2007 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed S -8.
