Petition Under Artrcle 226 of the Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondent Nos. 5 and 6 in interfering into the peaceful life and liberty as well as interfering into the civil disputes between the Petitioner and Respondent No.7 and calling the Petitioner to the Police Station and detaining him and threatening to handover the land of the Petitioner to an extent of Ac.0.22 Gts in Survey Nos.133/1 3 and 13415, whichiSsituatedatGajaIapuramVillage,MadugulapallyMandal,Nalgonda District by colluding with the Respondent No.7 without having any jurisdiction is illegal, arbitrary, u n co nstitutiona l and violation of Articles 14, 15, 21 and 300-A of constitution of lndia and also violation of Principles of Natural Justice and consequently direct the Respondent Nos.5 and 6 not to interfere into the peaceful life and liberty as well as not to interfere to the peaceful possession of land of the Petitioner to an extent of Ac.2.22 Gts in survey Nos.133i 1 3 and 13415' which is situated at Gajalapuram Village, Madugulapally Mandal, Nalgonda District and not to interfere into civil disputes between the Petitioner and Respondent No 7. l.A.NO ;1 0F 2025 Petition Under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the Respondent Nos.S and 6 not to interfere into the peaceful life and liberty as well as not to interfere to the peaceful possession of land of the petitioner to an extent or ni.z.zz Gts in Survey Nos.133/'13 and 134t5, which is situated at Gajalapuram Village, Madugulapally Mandal, Nalgonda District and not to interfere into civil disputes between the Petitioner and Respondent No.7 pending disposal of the writ petition Counsel for the Petitioner : SRI RAPOLU BHASKAR Counsel for the Respondent Nos.1 to 6 : GP FOR HOME Counsel for the ResPondent No.7 : - The Court at the stage of admission made the following ORDER THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. VINOD KUMAR W.P.No.19262 of 2o25 ORDER: Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 6, and with the consent of the counsel appearing for the respective parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing and disposal at admission stage.
2. Having regard to the manner of disposal of the writ petition and the nature of lis involved, this Court is of the view that notice to unofficial respondent No.7 is not necessary for adjudication of the present Writ Petition
3. The case of the petitioner, in brief, is that sth and 6th respondents are interfering with the civil disputes that exists between the petitioner and the unofficial respondent No.7 in relation to agricultural Iand belonging to petitioner's father in survey Nos.133/13 and 134/5, in all admeasuring Actes 2.22 guntas situated at Gajalapuram Village, Madugulapally Mandal, Nalgonda District, at the behest of the 7ft respondent, thereby :) \ \ 2 interfering with the petitioner's life and liberty, which action of the respondents it is contended as highly illegal and arbitraqr 4 Per contra, learned Government Pleader for Home appearing on behalf of official respondents, while denying the writ averments, would submit that the 7th respondent herein had approached the respondents-au thorities and lodged a complaint on 26.06.2025, upon which the respondents-authorities have made a GD entry and took up preliminary enquiry

Learned Government .Pleader for Home further submits that during the course of , preliminary enquiry into the aforesaid complaint lodged by the 7th respondent, the authorities having found the contents of the said complaint to be in relation to a civil dispute, closed the aforesaid complaint as "civil in nature,' on
02.O7.2025 and issued intimation to the 7th respondent in-person informing him of the action taken.

Learned Government Pleader further submits that the respondents-authorities, except causing preliminary enquiry into the complaint lodged by the 7th respondent herein, are not interfering in the civil disputes that may exist between the 3 petitioner and the unofhcial respondent in relation to the aforementioned property T.TheaforesaidsubmissionmadebythelearnedGovernment Pleader for Home is taken on record

In view of the aforesaid submissions made and having regard to the fact that initially a complaint having been lodged by the 7th respondent herein against the petitioner, which the respondents- authorities after causing preliminary enquiry having closed the sarne as "civil in nature" on 02.07 '2025, this Court is of the view that the respondents-authorities are to be directed not to interfere with the civil disputes that may exist between the petitioner and the unofficial respondent or interfere with the personal life and liberty of the petitioner, except in accordance with law' g. Subject to the above direction, the Writ Petition is also disposed of. No order as to costs
