Counsel for the petitioner: SRI B.ARJUN Counset forthe Respondent No.1 to 4: Gp FOR HOME The Court made the following: ORDER THE HON'BLE SRI WSTICE T' VTNOD KT'MATR W.P.No .L9L78of OR DER: Heard learned counsel for tlle petitioners' learned Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondent Nos'1 to 4, and with the consent of ttre counsel appearing for the respective parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing aild disposal at admission stage 2. Having regard to the manner of disposal of the writ petition and the nature of lis invorved, this court is of the view that notice to unofficial respondent Nos'S to 7 is not necessary for adjudication of the present Writ Petition 3. The case of the petitioners' in brief is that the Jrd 21d 4th respondents are calling the petitioners to the 3'd respondent-police for hours together and station and making them to sit settlement with unoflrcial pressurizing them to enter into respcndent Nos.S to 7, thereby interfering in the civil disputes' which are subject matter of a suit ulcie 0'5"llo'628 of 2O18 in the Court of the Agency Divisional Officer/ Revenue Divisional I 2 officer(FAC), Mutug, wherein an order of injunction is subsisting as of date uideIA.No.|2/2OO8, dt.2S.O8.2Ol8, which action of the respondents=authorities it is contenderi as highly illegal, arbitrar5r and in violation of Articles 14, 2l & 3OOA of the Constitution of India, apart from being contrary to the Regula tion l /ZO. 4. per contra,learned Government pleader for Home appearing on beha-lf of official respondents would submit that the 6tr, respondent herein had approached the 3.d respondent_authority and lodged a complaint against the petitioners herein on 26.05.2024; and that the respondents_authorities on receiving the aforesaid complaint and after causing preliminary enquiry, have closed the aforesaid complaint todged by the 6n respondent as "civil in nature" on O1.06.2024.

Learned Government pleader further submits that the respondents-authorities except causing preliminar5z enquiry into the complaint lodged by the 6rh respondent herein are not interfering in the civir disputes nor calring the petitioners to the police station and making them to sit for hours together as being claimed in the present Writ petition. 6. The a-foresaid submission made by the learned Government Pleader for Home on behatf of respondent Nos'l to 4 is taken on record.

Having regard to the submissions made as above arrd since' it is stated before this Court of the 6tr' respondent herein having lodged a complaint by approaching the respondents-authorities 26.05.2024 and aJter causing preliminary enquiry' ttre said complaint having been closed as "civil in nature" on 01'06'2024' and more than a year having passed by since then, t'is court is of are to be directed not to the view that the respondents-authorities interfere in the civil disputes between the petitioners and the unofficial respondents herein' which is subject matter of a suit uide O.S.No.6 2812018, except in accordance with law' Subject to the above direction, the Writ Petitioh is also 8 disposed of.
