BTIASKAR REDDY WRIT PEIITION No 191OS of 2o.25 ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed questioning the action of respondent Nos.2 to 4 in not considering the online application submitted by the petitioner under the provisions of Telangana Bhu Bharati (Record of Rights in Land) Act, 2025 and consequently direct the respondent Nos.2 and 3 to include the land admeasuring Ac.O-24 guntas in Sy.No.260lA /4 and Ac.O.24 guntas in Sy.No.26O I AA/412 total admeasuring Ac.1.08 guntas situated at Kethireddypally Village, Balanagar Mandal, Mahabubnagar District in a compact block in the revenue records and his pattadar passbook bearing No.T01O2008046 1 vide Khata No.734. 2- It is stated that the petitioner is pattadar of the agricultural land admeasuring Ac.O.24 gunta.s in sy.No.26o / AAl4 and Ac.O.24 guntas in Sy.No.26O I A l4 /2 total admeasuring Ac.1.O8 guntas situated at Kethireddypatly Village, Balanagar Mandal, Mahabubnagar District. tt is further stated that originally the petitioner purchased various extents of land totally admeasuring Ac. 6.31 guntas in Sy-No.26O under a registered sale deed bearing document No.82O6 of 2006 dated : ! i i i I ! It is stated that E-passbooks were issued in acco::dance with survey numhers of the sale deed and amounts und.e,r the raittru bandu scheme were also transferred for entire land except the land to an extent of Ac.1.08 guntas, as such, ! the petitioner was constrained to make various representations to the respondents for correction in the passbook as per the Act. Considering the application of the petitioner, E-passbooks were issue,d vide passbook bearing No.T01O2O080461 vide Khata No.7:14.

The grievance of the pet*tioner is that the lands to an exterrt of Ac.O.24 guntas in Sy.Ne.26O/AA/4 and Ac.0.24 guntas in S'7.No.26O/AA|4/2 total admeasuring Ac.1.O8 guntas are missing in pattadar passbooks issued under the provisions of the Telangana Rights in Land and Patadar Passbooks Act, 2O2O.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that on verifi:ation of the said missing of the extent from the revenue records, the petitioner was constrained to make an application in Prqjavaani before the District Collector and the said appli:ation is under consideration by the respondent auth<lrities- The grievance of tl,.e petitioner is that even though i 3 CVBR, J wp_19105 2025 n he submitted application on 24.06.2025 till date, the respondents have not taken any action'
5.ThelearnedAssistantGovernmentPleaderappearingfor the respondents submitted that as per Rule.4 of-Telangana Bhu Bharati (Record of Rights in Land) Rules, 2025, if any person aggrieved by entry made in ttre Record of Rights prepared and maintained under Section 4(1) or a{al of the Act or any person who is in lawful possession of the land and claims rights over thesamebutanentrywasnQtmad.eintheRecordofRightsin respect of the said tand, o&Y apply through online in Bhu BharatiPortalforrectifrcationofentriesorformakinganew entry in such Right of Rights within a period of one year from thedateofcommenceoftlreActorfromthedateonwhichsuch . wrong entry was prepared' and updated and placed in the Bhu \ \t Bharati Portal and pay the prescribed fee' I considered the submissions of the learned counsel for the

In the event of hling such ctpplication by the petitioner and if the same complies with all the requirements, the respondent No.4 shall examine the same and pass necessarJr orders of amendment of records and conse(luential issuance of the passbooks within a period of three rnonths from the date of making such application.
