The case of the Petltloners is that theY claim to be owners of rand developed into open ptots in Makthal Vinage and Mandal of Narayanpet District' On the requisition of the Executive Engineer, RBL-II' HW&C Division' Atmakur' an extent of land admeasuring Ac'3-10 gts'' in Sy'No'943 belonging to the petitioners herein were acquired for the purpose of excavation of gravity canal of Sangambanda Balancing Reservoir' An award was passed in Award No'123/2013 on 05' l2'2O13 awarding compensation of Rs'350/- per sq'yd' Questioning the said award LAOP No.24 of 2Ol4 was filed before the Senior Civil Judge' Narayanpet. The trial Court enhanced the compensation uide order and decree dated 1B'01' 2023' Thereafter' respondent No'4 fiIed LAAS No.57 of 2Ct23 befote this Court questioning the said LAOF. Accordingly, this Court in I'A'No'3 of 2023 granted stay I_ ..", of order and decree in LAOp No.24 of 20 14 dated 1g.O1.2023 subject to deposit of SO%, of the decreetal amount within g weeks. However, till date respondent authorities have not complied with the orders of this Court. euestioning the said inaction of the respondents, the present writ petition is filed.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Assistant Government pleader for Land Acquisition has placed a copy of instructions issued by Special Deputy Collector (LA), RLISP Unit-I, Makthal, Narayanpet District whereby it is stated that decreetal charges proposals for an amount of Rs.4,43,59,330/_ has b-een forwarded to District Collector, Narayanpet arrd inturn the sarne was forwarded to Chief Commissioner, Land Administration Office, Hyderabad for sanction. The Chief Commissioner has submitted the same to the Secretary, I&CAD, Hyderabad for sanction of G.o.Rt. a.d funds. It is submitted that soon after receiving the G.O.Rt and funds, the same will be deposited to the credit of LAOp.No.24 of 2014 and further stated that the whole process may take one month time.

Recording ::3:: learned Assistant the submissions of Government Pleader for Land Acquisition' this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No'4/Special Deputy Collector (LA) to follow their own time line and deposit the decreetal amount to the credit of LAOP'No'24 of 2Ot4 within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
