2. Considered the submissions of the learned counsel for the respective parties and perused the record

It is stated that the petitioner is a spinning and weauing mills local workers association represented by its President and is registered before the Registrar of Societies Karimnagar vide registered No.327 of 2023. It is further stated that with a view to provide employment and livelihood to the refuges/migrants of Barma-Srilanka countries, respondent No.l has set up a textile township i.e., Karimnagar Co-operative spinning Mills Limited at Anthaergoan. It is further stated that on the basis of report submitted by the officials, the then Government has agreed to 2 assign house site pattas in favour of employees/labourers/migrants, who are working in the said society and respondent No.8 has passed Rc.No.3222 /2O l2_F dated 24.01.2013 to issue house site pattas to all the local workers and subsequenfly, respondent No.l1 issued a memo dated, 29.O4.2013. It is also stated that respondent No.g-the Additional Collector, Peddapally, has addressed a letter vide Lr.Rc.No. 1223/0S-KCSM-D, dated 23.I2.2O2O to the Chief Commissioner of Land Administration for allotment of land and quarters to the employees who are working in the Anthergaon Textiles Cooperative production and Sales Society Limited, wherein at paragraph No.24 it is specifically stated that an extent of 0-10 guntas of land covered by residential quarter for each was proposed at the initial stage for their livelihood in shape of court yard for poultry etc., and as such, it may be appropriate to allot an extent of O-10 guntas lald covered by residential quarter to each of the (155) repatriates and 0.O4 guntas of land may allot to the (279) local workers and staff, who worked earlier in the said society, but no action has been taken by the Government for allotment of house sites. It is also stated that pending consideration of the same, the local MLA, submitted a representation dated 25. I 1.2O24 to the Government requesting for construction of houses for Burma, Srilanka repatriate workers and considering the said request, the Government has issued Memo ru7 / 3 No.296O6 /Land Admin.t(2\/2O24-t dated 23.01.2025 directing the District Collector, Peddapalli to examine the said request and take necessary action in the matter as per the rules in force.

In view of the above and since the Government has directed the District collector, peddapalli to examine into the said matter, this court is of the opinion that ends of justice wourd be met, if the Chief Commissroner of Land Administration is directed to examine the proposal sent by the respondent No.g and consider the said request for allolment of house sites, if any lald is available, strictly in accordance wit h the rules in force, within a period of six (6) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5 With the above observations, this Writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. SD/.P.
