Having regard to the nature of lis invo ''c'l in the Writ Petition and the manner of disposal, this Court i: rrl the view that notice to respondent Nos.lo, 12 Lo 16, is noL necessary for adjudication of the present Writ Petition' 4 . When the matter is taken up for lre aring' learned Government- Pleader for Home appearing for respt' t ve respondents submits that the respondents-authoritie s t rl receiving thc ! 2 complaint made by the petitioner, d,t.O6.O6.2O25, on 20.06,2025, have made a GD entry and after causing preliminar5z enquiry, closed the said complaint as "civil in nature" on O1.OT.2025; and, that the petitioner was also informed of the action taken by sending communication through registered post.
5. I have tal<en note of the respective subrnissions made.

Having regard to the submissions made as above and since, it is now stated before this Court that a communicati.on through registered post has already been sent to the petitioner informing her as to the action taken on her complaint of closing the same as "civil in nature", this Court is of the view that the grievance of the petitioner in the present Writ Petition stands redressed. However, if the petitiot "l is aggrieved by the said action taken by the respondents-authorities, it is always open for her to avail further remedies provided under Cr.P.C./BNSS, including civil remedies.
7. Granting liber$r as noted hereinabove, the present Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
