The oetitioner aooroached this Court seekino the oraver as under: "....to issue a writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction and negligence of Respondents 1 to 7 in considering the complaint and grievance by the respondents 1 to 7, that respondent No.8 has appropriated all the benefits granted for the killing of thelr father in extremist violence, while he was in harness in Government Service is violative of Articles 14,16 and 21 of the constitution of India and also the Government circular memo No.58226/Ser-A/2000-2, GAD(Service-A) Department dated: 01-05-2001 consequently. The lirnited relief as prayed for by the petitiorer in the present v/rit lretition is a direction to Respondent Nos 6 and 7 to consicer ,:nd pass appropriate orders on the p:ltitioner's representatior dated 03.07.2017, which was regisrtered as Petition llo. $/GUDC/E/2017/00354 on the file of Rt:spondent No. 6 perta ning to providing suitable employmer t to the petitioner bas;ed on his qualifications, granting compensation for the loss and Camages suffered by him, and to award monetary compensatior to petitioner's two daughters under the Girls Protection Scheme, on the ground that petitioner's ftlthe,. was attacked cn 23.10.1996 by naxalites. It is further the case of the petitioner that, although the petitioner reminded Respondent Nos.6 and 7 through a legal notice dated 08.08.2018 issued on behalf of the petitioner, no action has been taken as on date on petitioner,s representation dated O3.OL.2Ol7, which was registered as petition No.WGUDC/E/20L7/00354 on the fite of Respondent No. 6. Aggrieved by the inaction of the respondent Nos.6 and 7, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition.

5. The learned Assistant Government pleader for Panchayat Raj and Rura! Development appearing on behalf of Respondent Nos.1 to 7, submits that the writ petition may be disposed of directing Respondent Nos.6 and 7 to consider the grievance of the petitioner, as put- forth vide petitioner's representation dated 03.OL.2OL7, which had been registered on the file of Respondent No. 6, and the respondent Nos.6 & 7 may further be directed to take appropriate action in accordance to law within a reasonable period, upon the said representation of the petitioner, dated O3.O1.2OL7.

08.08.2018, Thrs writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent Nos.6 and 7 to consider the representataon of I 5 SN,J W.P.No.28445 2022 the petitioner dated 03.01.2017 which is registered as Petition No. WGUDCIE/2OI7/OO354 on the fite of the respondent No.6 and pass appropriate orders on the said application seekang suitable employment based on petitioner's qualification, compensation amounts for the loss and damages suffered by the petitioner and the family, and other benefits in accordance to law, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order duly considering the legal notice dated 08.08.2018 issued on behalf of the petitioner and communicate the decision to the petitioner herein.
