VINOD KUMAR W.P.No. I9OLB of 2o.25 ORDER Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Home appearing for the official respondent Nos.I to 4, and with the consent of the learned counsel appearing for the respective parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing and disposal at admission stage.
2. Having regard to thc nature of lis involved in the Writ Petition and the manner of disposal, this Court is of the view that notice to unofficial respondent Nos.S & 6, is not necessary for adjudication of the present Writ Petition.
3. The case of the petitioncr, in brief, is that the Sfi respondent, in discharge of his oftlcial duties in the ofhce of the 4tr' r'espondent, is threatening the petitioner to come to the 4' respondent-Police Station, and coercing him to settle the Ilnancial disputes, which are subject ma[ter of a civil dispute before the competent Court of Civil jurisdiction as well as bcfore the concerned Court in relation to thc offence under Negotiable Instruments Act, i 88 1 , thereby interfering with the life and liberty of the petitioner, which action of the respondents it is contended as highly illegal, arbitrary, in violation of Articles 14, 19 & 21 of the ConstituLion of India, with a 2 consequential direction to the respondents-authoril.ies not to interfere with thc life and liberty of the petitioner.

Learned Ciovcrnment Pleader lor Home further slrlrmits that the re sponde nts-authorities on registering the aforesatcl crime have conducted investlgation there into and filed a charge sheet before the concerned Court, whrch was taken cog.rirance b" assigning CC.No.3383/2O'24 on the file of the X Additional lvctropolitan Magistrage, Cybcrabad at Kukatpally; and tl-ral thc said CC is pending for issuance of summons.

Learned (]overnment Pleader for Home further srlbmits that since, the respondents-authonties after completing rLtvestigation into the aforesaid crime registered against the pelitrc ncr having filed a charge shect and same having been taken cr:tlnizance by assigning CC-..No.3383/2O24 by the jurisdictional Cour'-. there is no necessit5r for the authorities to call the petitioner or cr)erce him to settle the disputes u,ith the unofficial respondents. -wr .f 3 7 The aforesaid submissions made by the learned Government Pleader for Home are taken on record.

In view of the aforesaid submissions made and taking note of the fact that initially a case uide Crime No 68 1 12023 havin'g been registered against the petitioner herein, wherein the petitioner is arrayed as accused No.1, and the respondents authorities on completing investigation there into having fi1ed a charge sheet' which was also taken cognizance by the jurisdictional Court by assigning CC.No.3383 of 2024, this Court is of the view that the respondents-authorities are to be directed not to interfere with the personpJ fife and liberty of the petitioner, except in aciordance with 1aw. 9 Subject to the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
