The case of the petitioner, in brief, is that the 3rd and 4th respondents are threatening the petitioner by regularly calling him to the police station, thereby interfering with his property admeasuring Acres 4.10 guntas situated at Dandumallaram Revenue Village, Ibrahimpatnam Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, which is subject matter of civil proceedings ulde O . S. No. 2 39 I 2OO4 , in spite of the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.336O9 of 2024, dt.2o.O3.2025, which action of the respondents authorities it is contended as highly illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional, u,ith a consequential direction to the respondents not to call the petitioner and threaten him by interfering with his personal life and liberty. a a .o 2 .a:ttxttl' .at,.,r&t, .:t :.

By the said written instructions' t:e 4rh respondent while denying lhe writ averments' would submit I r a't earlier a case uideCrimeNo.353/2024hasbeenregisterelagainstthe petitioner and others, wherein petitioner is arra'zed as accused No.4, arrd that the respondents-authorities rter conducting investigation into the aforesaid crime registered : ave filed a charge sheet, which r,r'as taken cognizance by the juris<ii:tional Court by assigning CC No. ll71'12024 and the same is ptrding trial before ') First C1ass, the XV Atlditional Judicial Magistrate IbrahimPatnam 4 On behalf of the respondents it is furttr :r contended that since, one G.Mallaiah and others, are also :ltLiming the same 'rrere creating law subject land as being claimed by the petitionet' and order problem, the Assistant Comm r;sioner of Police' Ibrahimpatnam Division, Rachakonda Cornrissionerate' had slrbmitted a letter to the 3'd respondent h':rr:in requesting to c f Section 145 of promulgate the orders under the provlslons t I I 'j l ,.}:Ji+'l i l! r F',* 3 Cr.P.C., in respect of the disputed land being claimed by the petitioner as well as G.Mallaiah, pursuant to which the 3"t respondent-authority had promulgated order under the provisions of Section 145 of Cr.P.C. on 25.O9.2024

Learned Government Pleader would further submit that on lO .O2 .2025, the respondents-authorities have received a Dial 1 O0 call from one Dhananjaya at 4'55 pm., and again at 5'04 p'm , and in response to the aforesaid Dial- 1OO call, the staff of the 4tr' respondent, namelg one woman police constable ui-z', G.Parameshwari, Vehicle Driver uiz., Karunakar, in-charge police constable r&., Balakrishna and another vehicle dr|er uiz', Mallesh have attended the Dial- 100 call by visiting the subj ect site and thereafter, the authorities have closed the said complaint received through Dial-1OO as "civil in nature".

Learned Government Pleader by the written instructions would further submit that the respondents-authorities except conducting investigation into the criminal case registered against the petitione r uide Crirne No.35312O24, wherein charge sheet has been filed, and attending to the Dia,l-lOO call on 1O.O2.2O25, are neither interfering with the personal life and iiberty of the (. ;d'l 4 i:i* -.;&3,--: ::,*t&'' 'r.l- , -r"{l petitioner nor- in the civil disputes in r-- ation to the aforementioned property, in any manner. 7 .
