Sri Ayyallappa (51'.No.673l1 Ac.0.20 gts.) and Sri Papanna (Sy.No.673 Ac.0.20 gts.), and the same u'as reflected in the neri' ROR. Subsequently, Sy.No.673/ I to an extent of Ac.O.20 gts. \\'as mutated in the name of the petitioner. The nratter was cx:rmined by thc District Collector r,l,it h reference to the available records, the depositior-r of the petitioner, and the report submittccl bv the Tahsildar, Utkoor, in pursuance of the online application filed bv the petitioner under TM-33 vide appiication No.2200173428. On such examination, it u,as recorded that the subjcct land had already been sold to one Sri Govir-rdappa on 16.12.1989 through a simple deed and that the petitioner was not in \ possession thereof.
