Respondent No.6 shall provide a personal hearing to the present appellants and then pass a fresh order in accordance with law. It is also agreed that in view of the above, the direction contained in paragraph No.6 of the impugned order dated 14.02.2023 passed / ) by the learned Single Judge in W.P.No.33733 of 2022 may be treated to be modified.

In view of the consensus arrived at between the parties, this writ appeal is disposed of with ther following directions: i) The notice, dated 05.02.2022, shall be treated to be served on the appellants; ii) The appellants may file their objection/repiy to the aforesaid notice before respondent No.6 within three weeks from today; and iii) Respondent No.6 shall provide a personal hearing to the appellants on the said objection / repl_v and then take a final decision by passing a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law;

Paragraph No.6 of the impugned order dated 14.02.2023 passed by the learned Single Jrldge in W.P.No.33733 of 2022 stands modilied and accordingly the Writ Appeal is disposed of without expressing any view on the merits of the case.
