BIIASKAR REDDY wRIT PETITION No.19133 of.2025 ORDER This Writ Petilion is filed to declare the inaction of respondent Nos.2 to 4 in not considering the online application bearing No.2500O28064, dated 06.05.2025 submitted by the petitioner for tracing missing extent of the land to an extent of Ac.1.37 guntas in Sy.No.SO/E situated at Anthampeta Village, Gattuppal Mandal, Nalgonda District as illegal, arbitrary, unconsLitutional and violation of ArLicles 14, 15,21 and 300-A of Constitution of India and for consequential issuance of E- pattadar passbook in favour of the petitioner in respect of subject land.

It is stated that the petitioner is the pattedar and possessor of the agricultural land admeasuring Ac.1.37 guntas in Sy.No.50/ E situated at Anthampeta Village, Gattuppal Mandal, Nalgonda Distnct. It is further stated that originally the grandfather of the petitioner by name Palakuria Narasimha purchased the subject property and his name was mutated in the revenue records and pattadar passbook bearing No.8O3598 was also issued. After the demise of his fattrer, the petitioner approached the revenue authorities with a request to mutate his I i I 2 CVBR, J \.!n l9li3 2025 name in all revenue records and accordingl;, tris name rvas mutated in the revenue records apart from issuing old pattaCar passbook. It is further stated that while thc respor rdcnt Nos.2 to 4 were uploading *re names of farmers in Dharanr portal, the petitioner made an application under thc provisions of Telangana Bhu Bharati (Rccord of Rights in Land) A,:t, 2025 for issuance of E-paattadar passbook in respect ol srrbjcct land, however, thc respondents intimated thc petitioncr lhat at lhe time of uploading the lands, his land was rrrisy>laced and suggested to h1e an online application under Lhe missing caption. It is further submitted that the petition::r hlcd cnline appiication vide No- 25OOO2aO64, dated O6.05.120125 but the respondents have not considered the said online irpplicaticn till date. Hence, ttris urit petilion.

3. The learned Assistant Government Pleader slrbmitted that the total extent of land in Sy.No.5O/E of Antharnpcta Village. Gattuppal Mandal, Nalgonda District is Ac.14.3 [ guntas and the said land has been sub divided and various perr.ions are in possession of the said extent of land. lt is further submitred that the after due consideration, the application submltted by the petitioner was rejected on 06.O5.2025. -7 I t,; I 3 CVBR, J wp_I9133_2025

4. Considered the submissions of the learned counsel for the parties and with lheir consent, this writ petition IS being disposed of at the admission stage

5. ln vieu. of the above facts and circumstances and sincc the application submitted by the petitioner was rejected by the respondents, this Court is of the considered view that the present writ petition may be disposed of with an observation that if at all the petitioner is aggrieved by the rejection of his application, if so advised, he is at liberty to avail remedies avaiiable to him in accordance with law.
