Counsel for the Petitioner: SRI G.L.NARASIMHA RAO Counsel for the Respondents: AGP FOR REVENUE The Court made the following: ORDER THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE LA>TMI NARAYANA ALISHETTY WRIT PETITION No.22925 of 2O2O ORDER: This writ petition is filed aggrieved by the action of respondent No.4 in erroneously recording the extent of petitioner's land admeasuring Ac.3.1O guntas 1n Survey No.239, Epuru Revenue Village, Athmakur Mandal, in revenue records in Dharani Porta-1 and in not considering the representation of the petitioner dated
17.12.2019, as illegal and arbitrary.
2. Heard Sri G.L.Narasimha Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner ald learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is owner of land admeasuring Ac'3.10 guntas in Sy.No.239/3, situated in Epoor Village, Athmakur Mandal, Suryapet District, having acquired the same under 'sada bainama' from the original orvner Pothuganthi Hanmanth Rao. He further submits that vide File No.ROR/352 12017, the respondent No.4 regularized the 'saida bainama' by duly following the procedure and Form 13(B) has a,lso been issued. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the Government has taken up purification of revenue records and also came up with online Dharani Portal; that in the online Dharani Portal, the extent of land of the petitioner has been shown \ ( 2 as Ac.2.31 guntas instead of Ac.3.10 guntas. Aggri,: ,ed by the same, the petitioner submitted representation dated 17. j| .2O 19 to correct the entries, however, the respondents have not tal: rn any action on the said representation. Aggrieved by the same, prr,;ent r.vrit petition is filed.

Learned Assistant Government pleader for Revenue would submit that the State Government has come up rrri I r Telarrgana Bhu Bharati (Record of Rights in Land) Act, 2024 in t; ace of Rights in larrd and Pattedar Pass Books Act, 2O2O; and tha, petitioner has to submit fresh application in the prescribed f(, mar under the Telarrgana Bhu Bharati (Record of Rights in _ndl Act, 2024, through the online portal and on such submissior: the respondents will consider the same and take necessary actio r , and prayed to grant reasonablc time.

In. view ol the submissions of the learnec: counsel for the petitioner as weli as learned Assistant Govern r rent pleader for Revenue, the *,rit petition is disposed of with zL direction to the petitioner to submit fresh application as per the pr:;cribed format as per Telangala Bhu Bharati (Record of Rights tr -and) Act, 2024, through online portal and on such submission, th: respondent No.4 shall consider the said application and pass al) rropriate orders, strictly in accordance with law, by duly gii.inl notices to the 3 petitioner as well as a-ffected parties and affording opportunity of hearing. The respondent No.4 shall complete the entire exercise within a period of two months from the date of submission of application by the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.
