VINOD KUMAR Writ Petition N .20168 of 2025 ORDER: Heard learned counsel for the petitioner apoearing through online, learned Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 4, and with the consent of the learned counsel appearing for the parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing and disposal at the admission stage.

2. Having regard to the manner of disposal of the Writ Petition at the admission stage and the nature of /ts involved, this Court is of the view that notice to unofficial respondent Nos'5 to 7 is not necessary for adjudication of the present Writ Petition.

3. The case of the petitiorrer, in bricf, is that, responcient Nos.3 and 6 are calling the petitioner to police statlon and are interfering with the personal life and liberty of the petitioner and harassing him to settle the civil dispute in relation to properties which are subject matter of a cancellation deed dt.15.02.2025 at the behest of the unofflcial respondents herein, which action of the respondents-authorities it is contended as illegal, arbitrary, violation of principles of natural justice and fundamental rights guaranteed under the Constitution of India. .- 2

Per contra, learned Government pleader for Home appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.1 to 4, while denying the writ averments. would submit that one Pavan Krishna had approached the respondents_ authorities and lodged a complaint on 09.04.2025 and upon the said complaint being lodged, the respondents-a uthorities have made a GD entry and caused preliminary enquiry into the aforesaid complaint.

Learned Government pleader further submits that during the preliminary enquiry, the respondents having noticed that the contents of the complaint being in relation to civll dispute, have closed the said complaint as 'civil in nature' on 18.04.2025, and except causing preliminary enquiry into the aforesaid complaint lodged against the petitioner herein, the respondents-authorities are not interfering in the civil dispute or with the personal life and liberty of the petitioner.

6. The aforesaid submission made by the learned Government pleader for Home appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 4 is taken on record.

Having regard to the submissions made as above, and taking note of the fact that initially a complaint having been lodged against the petitioner by one Pavan Krishna on 09.04.2025, which after conducting preliminary enquiry having been closed as'civil in nature,on 1g.04.2025, this Court is of the view that the respondents-authorities are to be directed, not to interfere in the civil dispute that may exist between the 3 petitioner and the unofficial respondents herein, except in accordance with law. B. Subject to above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
