2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, for the respondents and perused the record Page 2 of3

3. l,earned counsel appearing for the petit oner would submit that the petitioner herein is having land .o an extent of Acs.O. 10 guntas in Sy.No.613, situated z t phanigiri Village, Nagaram Mandal, Suryapet District. While the matter stood, to the petitioner,s utter surpr. r e the sajd survey number was mentioned as Sadabair lma cases without the signature of the petitioner. Go v :rnment of Telangana issued Circular Memo No. 16 2g2 / Asst .I(3) / 20 I S_ 2, dated 26.02.2018 restricting the acceptance c I proposals for regulari zation of sadabainama sale deedr; from lsth September to 31"t December in the year 2OIZ, tl e intended proposals of such name i.e., Sadabainama shcr ld contain the signature of the vendor, but respondent N( .3 without there being the signature of the petitioner a,: :epted the application in favour of third parties. Hence, t re present writ petition.

4. Learned Assistant Government pleader fo. Revenue would submit that the petitioner without hling an i pplication before the oflicial respondents has rushed to this lourt at a Page 3 of3 premature stage. Therefore, he seeks dismissal of the Writ Petition.

In the light of the aforesaid discussion, this Writ Petition is disposed of, granting liberty to the petitioner to submit a detailed representation with all relevant documents to respondent No.2, within a period of 4 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On Iiling such representation, respondent No.2 shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders strictly in accordance with law, by putting the petitioner and all interested parties on notice and affording them an opportunity of hearing and complete the said exercise within a period of eight (12) weeks from the date of filing of the representation.
