2. Learned counsel lbr thc pclilioners submits that at the time of admission, this Court passed interim orders on O8.O3.2022. In connccted matters, this Court passed orders da ted 12 I .OB .2024 IN W.P.No.1B9 ol 2022 and the respondent-Waqf Board filed a Writ Appeal questioning the orders in W.P.No.189 ot 2022 datcd 21.O8.2024 and there is no interim order in aforcsaid Wrir Appeal
3. Learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that in view of the interim orders passed b1' this Court dated 08.03.2022, thc rcspondenls have registered the document of lhe petitioners and also not interfering with --- 'l 2 the possession of the petitioners in the suit schedule property, therefore, learned counsel requested to pass appropriate orders.
4. In view of the implementation of the interim orders passed by this Court dated O8.O3.2O22 and in view of the disposal of W.P.No.189 of 2022 dated 27.08.2024, the cause of action does not survive and no further orders required to be passed in this matter for further adjudication.
