3. Heard Sri M_A.Basith, learned counsel for the petitioners; learned Government pleader for Energz for respondent No. l; and Sri N.Sreedhar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for Southcrn Power Distribution Company of Telangana Limited, for respondent Nos.2 to 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are the absolute owners and possessors of house property bearing M.No.S- i-398 /A/35, situated at Totichowki X Roads, Hyderabad, and they have let_out the entire ground floor 2 P(.J $ p 19106 2025 ald rrrez:zarr\ne llrlor of the said property along with parking Slot, in which, one Liaqat AIi and his son are running a Kirana :;nop under the name and stvle c.,f 'Royal Kirana' While so' th(l Assistant Divisional Engineer, Mehdipatnam, inspected the prc'rnises and found that the tenant is using excess load of 24KW rrgainst the contracted load of 5 KW and when the same was disconrrected' the saidtenanttriedtotakeconnectionfromtheadjacen.premises illega1ly. Therelore, [he petitioners made a representation to respondent No.2 on 20.06.2025 requesting to take necessary action by inspecting the premises and the same is pending consideration. Hence, Ieariied counsel prays this CouLl-t to direct respondent No.2 to consider the representation dated '2O'06'2025' submitted bv the petitioner and pass appropriate ordel-s within a stipulated Period of time.
