K.Gani Reddy, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for School Education, appearing on behalf of the respondents.

The itioner aDDroac hed the Court seekinq Draver as under: ".-.to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, declaring the inaction of the respondent No.3 in issuing the retirement benefits and promotional benefits, increments etc., to the petitioner as illegal arbitrary, unjust and capricious and utter violation of article 14. 16 & 21 of Constitution of India apart from opposed to all principles of natural justice and consequently direct the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 27-06-2023 by issuing the retirement benefits and promotional benefits, increments etc., to the petitioner and to pass such other order or orders as may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case." I I I I i I I I I i, { I i 2 SN,J l,v.P.No.20564 of 2023 3, The case of the petitioner, in brief, is that the petitioner was appointed as Secondary Grade Teacher (Telugu Medium) in the year 1985 and was entitled for promotion, but respondent No.4 manipulated the petitioner and made lrer to submit as "Not Willing" to take prornotion so as to enable others to avail the said promotion ' Thereafter, promotion was denied to petitionc'r by respondent No.3 based on the reason that petitioner relinquished her promotion for two times. The petitioner retired in January, 2O2O, but the respondents withheld the petitioner's service benefits since 2015.

It is the specific case of the petitioner thilt the petitioner vide detailed representation dated 27.06.2023 addressed to the respondent No.3 herein, requested for release of petitioner's retirement benefits, promotional benefits and increments etc., however, no action had been initiated orr the said representation of the petitioner as on date and the petitioner is deprived from monetary benefits since the year 2015 on cancellation of petitioner's promotion. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner filed the present writ petition. 3 SN,J W-P-No.20564 of 2023 .5. . .l-earned Assistant*, Gover&&ent .. pleader for School Education appearing on behalf of the respondents submits that the writ petition could be disposed of directing the respondent No.3 to consider the grievance of the petitioner as put-forth vide petitioner's representation dated 27.06.2023 addressed to the respondent No.3 herein for release of the retirement benefits, promotional benefits and increments legally due to the petitioner in accordance to Law, within a reasonable period.

Ta kinq into consid erataon: a) The aforesaad facts and circumstances of the case, b) The submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government pleader for School Education appearing on behalf of the respondents and, c) The contents of the petitioner's representation dated 27.06,2023 which admiftedly \ t i ! The writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent No.3 to consider the grievance of the petitioner as put-forth vide petitioner's representation dated 27.o,6.2023 pertaining to release of petitioner's retirement benefits, promotional benefits, and increments legally due to the petitioner as per the rules in force, in accordance to law, within a period of three(3) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and duly communicate the decision on the petitioner's representation dated

27.06.2023 to the petitioner herein. However, there shall be no order as to costs. As er sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the Writ Petition shall also stand closed.
